WAT TE DOEN:
1. Knip een strook dun papier van minimaal 3 inch lang en minder dan 5 mm breed
2. Wikkel het zacht om uw ringvinger aan de basis van de knokkel
3. Markeer met een pen of potlood waar de uiteinden elkaar overlappen
4. Leg het plat en gebruik een liniaal om de lengte in millimeters te meten

Om fouten te minimaliseren, wikkelt u een papiertje 3 keer om uw vinger. Meet vervolgens de lengte van het stuk en deel dit getal door 3. Zo worden uw metingen nauwkeuriger.
