EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of physically receiving the goods, without providing any reason. To meet the withdrawal deadline, you simply need to submit your request before this 14-day cooling-off period expires. Upon successful withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard costs of initial delivery.

Return Shipping and Process

Please note that EU consumers are responsible for bearing the direct cost of returning the goods to our facility. To exercise your withdrawal right easily, you can click the "Withdrawal" button located at the bottom of our website, which does not require an account login. Once you submit the simplified cancellation form, our system will send you an email confirming the receipt of your request.

Special Jewelry Exemptions

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or bespoke products, such as custom-engraved rings or specially tailored accessories. Furthermore, for health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for pierced jewelry, such as earrings, if the sealed packaging has been opened after delivery. These legal exceptions help us maintain the highest hygiene standards and respect the bespoke nature of our jewelry craftsmanship.

Made to order products can NOT be returned or exchanged. Otherwise, 30% material fee would be charged.
